Project work is understood as a complete cycle: needs assessment, goal definition, conceptual design, implementation, documentation, and evaluation. A key focus lies on developing sustainable formats that not only generate short-term activity, but also enable transfer into organizations and target groups. KUNA e.V. works with clearly defined role models (e.g., lead organization, cooperation partner, implementation partner) and ensures transparent responsibilities.
In terms of content, project work is designed to address both subject-specific topics of sustainable development and the relevant competencies required for engaging with them. Projects may include educational, cultural, or dialogue-based formats, as well as structural elements such as networking, qualification measures, or the development of materials. What is crucial is that projects are embedded within a broader context: results are made transferable, experiences are documented, and insights are utilized for subsequent activities.
