Independent Formats and Programs: Continuity and Institutional Profile

Independent formats and programs are not “accompanying activities,” but an expression of institutional continuity. They serve to deepen engagement, ensure sustainability, and strengthen the organizational profile. KUNA e.V. focuses on formats such as educational programs, excursions, exhibitions, and conferences, as these formats address different levels of impact: educational programs build competence, excursions enable experiential learning, exhibitions provide public access and spaces for discourse, and conferences consolidate expertise and networking.

Independent formats also play an important role in fostering cooperation: they offer points of connection for partners who may not be directly involved in a funded project but wish to collaborate thematically or strategically. This area thus supports the development of long-term networks and the creation of shared approaches to work.
